Digital Humanities Archive - MSU
As an early activity at the beginning of graduate school I teamed up with some undergrads to work on visual mock-ups for the Digital Humanities Archive at Michigan State University. The digital humanities archive is immense and the portion we worked on was a compilation of images, documents, and videos pertaining to apartheid in South Africa. The goal was ease of access to complex historical information that provided geographical context. We created user profiles, worked from sketches, and had multiple iterations of wire-frames and functionality before we landed on the visual comps shown here.
